Supreme Court Sacks Benue Reps member Herman Hembe

The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja, has declared the seat of the lawmaker representing Vandekya/Konshisha constituency at the federal house of representatives, Hon. Herman Hembe vacant.

The Court ruled Mrs Dorathy Mato as the rightful candidate who won the All Progressive Congress (APC) party ticket for Vandekya/Konshisha federal constituency of Benue state.
